  Not the best for individual health insurance policy help. I've gone through them for the last few years - but each year I have to contact their office about enrollment. I would expect that to be part of the service they provide; to contact existing clients automatically when enrollment opens. Three stars instead of 2 or 1 because they are helpful when you can figure out who is servicing the policy you need and after you initiate contact each year. Looks like this year I will be shopping on my own instead of going through a middle man since apparently the agent last year either isn't with them any longer or just doesn't respond to emails.

  Did some comparable insurance price shopping and contacted this company had meeting with agent & got great prices for our medicare & supplement insurance. Agent Wendy was great.
